Market Research and Entry Strategy for Beijing-based Mobile Software Logistics Firm
Hired by Beijing-based XinTianYou (XTYon.com), China's first mobile-based electronic platform for logistics and back-haul shipping information, to help refine their marketing strategy. Working collaboratively with the CEO and XTY team in Beijing, CDG helped the client with the following:
